Tres Amigos

Chile Colorado (slowly simmered steak in mild ranchero sauce), one chile relleno filled with Monterey Jack cheese and smothered with suprema sauce, and a portion of Chile verde, a tender pork blend with mild green tomatillo sauce. Served with rice and garnished lettuce and pico de gallo.
